MATERIAL WE OFFER

Here in this section, you can browse variety of Gasket options we provide

We also manufacture bespoke Gaskets from provided Technical Drawings, Parts, Sample, or any dimensions provided by you. We help customers choose the best suitable material according to their use. We offer industrial grade, food grade and medical grade Gaskets on on demand. We are always open to new Gasket development on demand subject to certain T & C.

PTFE GASKETS

PolyTetraFluoroEthylene, commonly known as PTFE. It is soft, smooth and friction free white color material. PTFE is best known for its heat resistant and chemical resistant properties. It can resist aggressive chemicals like acids and most bases and solvents. It can resist temperature upto 300 degrees. PTFE is mainly used in petrochemical industries, Pharmaceutical Industry, and other chemicals industries. It is corrosion resistant and can be used to reduce fiction as well. Available thickness for PTFE ranges from 0.25mm to 5mm. We provide food grade and pharmaceutical grade PTFE .

RUBBER GASKETS

Rubber Gaskets are used to form tight seals between two components. Rubber is available in variety: Natural, Neoprene, Nitrile, Silicon, EPDM and Ethylene. It can withstand temperatures up to 100 degrees. Rubber is generally used in working conditions like water, oil, gas, low pressure and where high sealing capacity is required. Available thickness starts from 1mm. We provide food grade and Defense grade rubber.

ASBESTOS FIBER

It is made from asbestos fibers with graphite coating on the outside. It can withstand temperatures up to 300 degrees. It is a hard material generally used to prevent pressure, oil leakage, and resist temperature.  It is available in two option
– Metallic Asbestos Fiber: It has hard wires inside

– Non Metallic Asbestos Fiber: No wires inside
Thickness available in Asbestos fiber gasket ranges from 0.50mm to 3mm

NON-ASBESTOS GASKETS

It is an alternative to Asbestos fiber. It is made of various fibers like PTFE, Graphite etc. It has similar properties to that of asbestos fiber but disposable. Available thickness ranges from 0.50mm to 3mm. Other thickness available on demand. We provide food grade non asbestos fiber material.

CORK GASKETS

Cork is naturally available as resin bonded and rubber bonded. It is famously known for being on a champagne bottle. It has excellent flexibility and oil resisting properties. Cork is mainly used in electrical transformers, in oil conditions, gear boxes, carburettors etc. It is even used for anti vibration purposes.

CELLULOSE FIBER GASKET

It is a general purpose Gasket Material used in appliances such as oil, fuel, water, carburetors, oil engine, pumps, gear boxes etc. Cellulose fiber material is made of naturally available vegetable fiber mixed with certain chemicals. It is available in various thickness ranging from 0.25mm to 2mm. It does an excellent job at preventing oil leakage. Cellulose fiber can withstand temperature upto 150 degrees.

Process

  • Inquiry
Specify dimensions of Gaskets or metal or send us a sample of gasket or a technical drawing. Specify
the type of material or material properties required or conditions where the gasket is to be used. For
best results contact us regarding material selection.

  • SAMPLING QUOTATION
Once we receive your inquiry we will determine the most suitable method of manufacturing the
gasket given the size and material of the gasket. Meanwhile a quotation will be given considering the
material, thickness, size and quantity of Gasket required. Once the enquirer agrees with the price
sample will be sent to the enquirer along with all necessary documents or technical specifications
    and reports.

  • MANUFACTURING
Once the sample is approved we begin the manufacturing phase of the Gasket. Gaskets are cut from
the right material by either laser, water, knife or power press. Each Gasket is then thoroughly
inspected for any defects. Gaskets are then counted and packed in such a way that they are not
damaged during transport and have no weather effect on them. They are then labelled and
transported along with all necessary documents and reports.
